These terms apply to your use of nxtgenitpark.com (the “site”), operated by NextGen Global IT Park(“NextGen”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Our services and published prices

The site describes our software engineering services, including fixed-price offers. Published prices, scopes and timelines are a good-faith description of what we usually deliver, not a binding offer. Every engagement is confirmed in a separate written proposal, statement of work or contract, and that document—including its payment terms, scope, acceptance criteria and confidentiality obligations—governs the work. If it conflicts with anything on this site, the signed document wins.

Information on the site

Articles, case studies and other content are provided for general information. They describe what worked in specific client environments and are not professional advice for yours. Apply them to production systems at your own judgement, or ask us to review your situation first.

Intellectual property

The site's text, design, graphics and code are owned by NextGen or used with permission. You may share links to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Please don't copy, republish or sell substantial parts of the site without our written permission. Client names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Ownership of anything we build for a client is set out in that client's contract, not in these terms.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, send spam or malicious code through our forms, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or put an unreasonable load on them. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to hello@nxtgenitpark.com instead of testing it further.

Links to other sites

We link to third-party sites such as Cal.com, LinkedIn and Clutch. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but don't guarantee that it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, NextGen is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. This does not take away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
